Cristy’s Rewards Club

Can rewards club accounts be combined?

Unfortunately rewards club accounts cannot be combined. Be sure to use all the rewards you have earned on the account you would like to discontinue. Then be sure to use the same account for all orders moving forward.

Can my rewards club account be deleted?

Once a rewards club account has been activated it will never be deleted.

Can I earn rewards club points when I eat at the dine-in restaurant?

Yes, be sure to let your server know you are a rewards club member when placing your order. The server will ask for your phone number or email address to apply the points.

Can I earn rewards points at Papa Boos?

Papa Boos does not have the same computer system as the Cristy’s stores so rewards club points and offers do not apply there.

Login to your account, scroll down, change the phone number and save.

How do I add a phone number to my Rewards Club account?

Online Ordering

My coupon isn’t working.

Step 1:

Add all items mentioned in the offer to your order.

Step 2:

Coupons in the newspaper, on our website and other printed materials will have a 4 or 5 digit code printed on the bottom near the expiration date. Enter the code in the box on the right hand side of the order screen and press go.

Once the coupon is applied the box to the right turns yellow and message appears at the top of the screen stating the coupon has been applied.

Having Trouble? Double check the following:

  • All items mentioned in the offer have been added to your order
  • Code has been entered as it appears on the coupon
  • Expiration date

I received an email offer, but I can’t get it to work.

Email offers will be put onto your order by pressing “Order Now” in the body of the message. Next, add all the menu items mentioned in the offer. There are no codes that need to be entered with email offers.

The offer disappeared when I changed my location. How do I get it back?

After changing your location go to MY ACCOUNT and log back in. Any email offers or other coupons sent to you can be found by scrolling down in MY ACCOUNT. Loyalty Rewards Club offers can be found in REWARDS CLUB.

Points are not adding to my account when I order.

Check the phone number entered during the rewards club registration to ensure it is the same phone number you are using when you place your order.

If ordering online, be sure your email address associated with your rewards club account has been entered.

My coupon only works once on my order?

Coupons with a printed code can be applied multiple times per order unless otherwise stated on the coupon (e.g. Limit 1).

  1. Add desired menu items to your order including all items from coupon
  2. Enter the code into Discount box on right side and press go. Repeat this step to use the coupon multiple times.

Note: The coupon will only apply if the items matching the offer have already been added to your order. Emailed offers can be applied once per order.

Why do I see 2 charges on my account?

A preauthorization was run at the time of your purchase and will remain PENDING in your account until it is settled, typically within 24-48 hours. If a tip was left another line item is generated to your account. The correct charge will stay and the other will drop off. Both charges will not POST to your account. This is standard restaurant procedure due to tipping. In the event both charges do POST, please email us at contactus@cristyspizza.com or call us at 740-681-4691.
