COUPONS

How do I use a coupon for an online order?
  1. Find the 4 or 5 digit Coupon Code number near the expiration date on any Cristy’s coupon.
  2. Enter the code in the box on the right side of the order screen and select Go.
  3. When the coupon has been applied, the box will turn yellow and a message will tell you the coupon was applied.
My coupon isn’t working, now what do I do?
  1. Make sure any item mentioned on the coupon has been added to your order.
  2. Doublecheck that you entered the coupon code correctly and that it has not expired.

I got an email coupon but it isn’t working, now what do I do?
You must select Order Now in the body of the message to use an email offer. Add any menu item mentioned in the coupon to your order and the coupon will be subtracted automatically.
Oh no, my offer disappeared when I changed my location. How do I get it back?
If you changed your location just go back to MY ACCOUNT and log in again. You’ll find email offers and/or coupons in MY ACCOUNT. You’ll find your loyalty club offers in REWARDS CLUB.
How do I use a coupon multiple times on one order?

Some coupons can be more than once per order. Email coupons, numbered certificates and coupons printed “limit 1” cannot be used multiple times.

  1. Add any menu item mentioned in the coupon to your order.
  2. Enter the code into the Discount box on the right side of the order screen and press Go.
  3. Repeat this process to use your coupon multiple times on that order

PLEASE NOTE – Coupons printed with Limit 1 are only valid for one use. All coupons must be surrendered upon pick up or delivery.

GIFT CARDS

How do I check my gift card balance?
Check your gift card balance from the gift card page of Cristy’s website. You will need your gift card number and the PIN number from the back of the card.
How do I reload a gift card?
Reload your gift card from the gift card page of Cristy’s website. You will need your original gift card number and the PIN number from the back of the card and a credit card.

ONLINE ORDERING

My password is not working.
Select Forgot Your Password from the My Account screen.
How do I place an online order for the first time?
  1. Head to our online ordering page CristysPizza.com/store-locations
  2. Select LOCATION
  3. Select CARRY OUT or DELIVERY
  4. Select START YOUR ORDER
  5. Select MY ACCOUNT
  6. Select REGISTER – complete all needed information then select Register again
  7. Verify your email, by opening your email account and selecting the link within your email from Cristy’s Pizza
  8. Add what you’re craving to your order!
  9. Enter any coupon codes into the Discount box on the right hand side and select GO. When the box turns green, the discount has been applied.
  10. When you’re finished adding items and coupons select CHECKOUT on the right side of the screen.
  11. Select when you would like to have your order.
  12. Select your method of payment then select CONTINUE.
  13. Select PLACE ORDER.

Note: Be sure to select Yes to joining our Loyalty program to earn free pizza. You are already ordering, you might as well earn more for free!

Why do I see 2 charges on my account?

Restaurants run a preauthorization at the time of your purchase that remains PENDING until your account settled so that you can add a tip on your credit card. If you add a tip to the check, the original authorization will drop off and an updated one (with the tip) will post to your account within 24-48 hours. Both charges will not POST to your account.

If after 48 hours both charges DO POST, please email us at contactus@cristyspizza.com or call us at 740-681-4691. Please have the following information ready:

  • Location you ordered from
  • Date of purchase
  • Phone #
  • Correct Amount
  • Amount POSTED to your account

REWARDS CLUB

My password is not working.
Select Forgot Your Password from the My Account screen.
Rewards Club Log In
  1. Select Order Online and your preferred location.
  2. Select Delivery or Carryout and Start Your Order
  3. Select My Account
  4. Enter your email address and password OR sign in with Facebook.
How do I check my Rewards Club points?
After you log in to your account, you’ll find your points balance in the box at the top of your screen.
Can I combine Rewards Club accounts?
Unfortunately our system does not allow us to combine Rewards Club accounts.
Do I earn Rewards Club points at the dine-in restaurant?
Sure! Just let your server know you are a Rewards Club member when placing your order and provide your phone number or email address to earn your points!
What’s wrong? I’m not getting my points when I order.
Make sure the phone number you used during Rewards Club registration is the same number you are using when placing your order.
How do I change my Rewards Club phone number?
Just log in to your account, scroll down to the phone number, update it and select save.
Can I add a phone number to my Rewards Club account?
Sure, just call your local Cristy’s and a Team Member will help you.
Can I delete my Rewards Club Account?
No, once an account is activated it cannot be deleted.
I received a different reward than I’ve gotten in the past. Why?
Because we’re working to make the rewards program better for all of our members, certain rewards may change now and then so we can get you more and/or better rewards in the future.
What kinds of credits do I get for ordering?
Every order earns you points. You’ll earn 2 points for ever $1 you spend, excluding alcohol, taxes, and gratuities.
