Gluten Free Information

We now serve Gluten Free dough at all locations! Gluten Free dough is available in Medium size only.

For all pizza made on gluten free crust we use: A specially designed, raised baking tray that ensures your pizza will never touch the deck of the oven (the most likely area of potential contamination).

  • A designated pizza cutter that is used only for Gluten free pizzas
  • The sauce and cheese are gluten free (ask about other toppings)
  • We will take special care to top the pizza in a clean area and with separate toppings

While human error is never completely unavoidable, we have a keen sensitivity to gluten-free food preparation and service. It’s no more and probably a lot less risky than eating out in a normal restaurant where staff isn’t trained. And of course, now you get to go out for pizza!
